Our Blue crabs are popular along this stretch of the Gulf Coast. Waiting for Dinner is a watercolor of a photograph taken several months ago. I have learned a great deal about blue crabs on our coast. I love to paint them, and people love to buy them! I will probably put this one into print because she is so beautiful! By the way, do you know how to tell a boy crab from a girl crab? (No you don't have to flip them over) Hint, The girls paint their nails!
