I have plans to paint "En Plein Aire" when the weather settles down (this has been one of the rainiest summers!). The walking paths here in Fairhope are wonderful, with people on them at virtually all hours. If you have never seen a Fairhope sunset, I would highly recommend putting that on your bucket list of things to do. We also have a pretty nice beach area in the park (there is a charge for park use, but it is free to residents). The parks are all great places for a picnic and sunset photos, don't forget your camera! See you at the beach.
I am a Professional Artist in Fairhope, Alabama. My work is in multiple media but my favorite is Acrylics~next in line Watercolors and then Oils. My favorite subjects include local wildlife, landscape~usually with boats, and obsession paintings (looking at other peoples obsessions in a new way).I participate in a lot of outdoor shows with helper and spouse Christopher. I do several outdoor shows a year and this blog is about the adventures getting ready for them.
